Dear Friends:
Here is a little preview of Spring/Summer 2011 buy. Along with our usual collections, we’ve add some new names.

The S/S ’11 Dior Homme collection by Kris van Assche was elegant and austere. This long sleeveless coat in grain de poudre captures the essence perfectly.

The menswear debut by Haider Ackermann clearly has his signature. The double lapeled short jacket (shown over a kimono style shirt) is buttonless; a style found in his women’s collections.

This very lightweight Julius wool blazer, with detachable “bum flap”, allows the wearer to determine the length.

The double height waistband of this full trouser by Ann Demeulemeester provides an easy feeling for Spring.

This m.a+ biker jacket is made of polished calf. The double collar is a new detail.

In a continuing series of garments made using a limited amount of fabrics culled from vintage military sources, the material for this Label Under Construction jacket came from old tents.

Also by Label Under Construction is a new project called Signals, which will be available in only a few selected stores. The concept is based on communication (in this case, morse code), thus the dots and dashes knitted in this top.

This pull on short from Damir Doma is a hybrid between a sarouel and a sarong.

This Yohji Yamamoto‘s stark white shirt/jacket walks the line between casual and formal.

A special “burn away” technique is used to achieve the skull on the back of this sweater by Comme des Garcons Homme Plus.

This textured jacket in wool and cotton by Lost & Found has a cutaway detail at the wrist.

A smock in the manner of Gustav Klimt from Fabrics Interseason.

The spun sugar effect on these Augusta boots is made with glass.

This unlined shoe in full grain cordovan by Guidi has all the easiness of a slipper.
We have a few more surprises in store for Spring so… watch this space!
Dear Friends:
Very soon we’ll be getting our first deliveries of Fall so here’s a preview of what’s to come…

Ann Demeulemeester offers a wool cape with a belt which can be closed on the inside.

This pressed wool coat by Boris Bidjan Saberi zip closes on the side.

Newcomer Matthew Ames presents this buttonless coat in wool/cashmere.

This wool and alpaca hoodie by Damir Doma can be closed in various ways allowing you to determine the final shape.

Label Under Construction offers a jacket with an irregular dye application in wool/cotton.

Julius‘ washed lamb leather sleeveless jacket has a funnel neck to keep out the chill.

m.a+ does a redux of his classic leather shirt by offering a dolman sleeve.

This trouser by Lost and Found is made with a heavy wool and has a diagonal fly.

These 3/4 length wool gab pants by Comme des Garҫons Homme Plus has clips on the side which allows you to play with the volume.

Yohji Yamamoto gives us pants that folds over in front.

Guidi offers a new style boot which has a hard rubber sole.

These boots by Augusta are made of oiled horse and have a continuous sole.
We’ll let you know when the first deliveries arrive. Until then…
Dear Friends:
The newest addition to our lineup for Spring is Fabrics Interseason.
The jacket is cut with extra proportion in the body, yet has a traditional fit in the shoulder and arm. The pant is xxxl (with a drop crotch) and comes with a thin leather belt so you can adjust it to any size. Both are executed in a light weight wool.
