Founded in 2006 by Ben Gorham, Byredo takes its name from the Old English redolence—sweet-smelling perfume. The Scandinavian luxury fragrance label finds inspiration in Gorham’s Indian heritage, approaching scent creation from both a historical and contemporary perspective. With a degree in fine arts from Stockholm Art School, Gorham distills memories, emotions, and abstract concepts into a range of luxury lifestyle products renowned for their ability to activate unique sensory experiences.
