ADIDAS X WILLY CHAVARRIA

New York based designer Willy Chavarria created his namesake label in 2015 as a celebration of his queer, Chicano, working class roots. The result: empowering and affirming clothes with big, bold proportions. The designer, who  won the 2023 CFDA Award for American Menswear Designer of the Year, has now partnered with athleticwear giant adidas for a collection he describes as “very aggressive and hard and tough,” paying homage to iconic ‘80s adidas basketball styles.
