ORDERS

CONFIRMATION
All orders are subject to availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes your order number and invoice. This is not acceptance of your order, but confirmation that it has been received and is still subject to cancellation. 

PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched the following business day. 

MODIFICATIONS
Adjustments cannot be made once an order has been placed. Any orders that require address changes will be cancelled and must be resubmitted.

CANCELLATIONS
To ensure the fastest delivery, our team works to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, cancellations must be made immediately after your order is placed.

While we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, order cancellations are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled due to their advanced stage in our fulfillment system. 

If the order has already been processed and shipped, a return request must be submitted and return shipping costs may apply. All sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
