FULL-PRICED MERCHANDISE
Domestic: Complimentary UPS Ground shipping for orders over $250
International: Complimentary standard shipping for orders over $800


SALE MERCHANDISE
Sale items are excluded from our complimentary shipping offer. 
Orders that include at least one (1) sale item are ineligible for free shipping—this applies to the entire order, regardless of the total value.
Shipping fees for sale items will vary based on delivery location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout


SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS
South Korea - Lemaire Gear Bag: $50 shipping fee
The North Face - $15 US Domestic Ground | $100 International shipping fee
Domestic and International bulk orders are subject to additional shipping fees. 


SHIPPING
Delivery costs vary depending on the item purchased, service selected, item origin, and destination. 
Express UPS 2-Day Air delivery is available within the USA only.

TRACKING
Once you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you via email.
Subsequently, an email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. 
In the event that your order is shipped from multiple locations, you may receive multiple packages along with their respective tracking information.

Please be advise that we cannot make delivery changes while the package is in transit. This includes adding expedited shipping, changing the shipping address or any other modifications. Should you need to intercept a domestic package, a $27 fee will apply. Intercepted packages will be returned to our Flagship store in New York.



DELIVERY

Delivery to PO Boxes is unavailable. Providing a PO Box address may result in a delay or cancellation. 
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. 
Please monitor tracking to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. 
If your order is returned to sender and you wish to have it redelivered, a return shipping fee will apply. 
All goods become the purchaser's responsibility once delivered to the address specified on the order.
Atelier New York does not claim responsibility for stolen packages.

If you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local police department and insurance provider.



CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International orders are subject to duties and sales taxes and are not included in the shipping cost.
Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiver and will not be reimbursed. 
Domestic orders are subject to local sales tax and will be calculated at the checkout in selected states where applicable. 

If you reject delivery of an international order, you will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees, as well as outstanding duties and taxes levied by the destination country's customs laws. These charges must be settled before the package can be returned to Atelier New York in the United States. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier in the destination country. Abandoned packages will not be eligible for a refund. 

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING
Atelier New York is not responsible for packages or items delivered by third-party shippers. Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided, all goods become the purchaser's responsibility.


SHIPPING CLAIMS
If your order requires a shipping claim (for example, if it is reported lost, misdelivered, or otherwise delayed), we will open a claim on your behalf with the carrier to investigate. 

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued while a claim is in progress, as packages are often recovered and redelivered or returned to us.  

Once the carrier resolves the claim, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution. 

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Any damage must be reported immediately within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos.

We will file a claim with the carrier and follow up with a resolution once their review is complete.
