ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FULFILLMENT

All orders placed on ateliernewyork.com are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order and to restrict future purchases for any reason, including but not limited to product or pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, chargeback activity, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. Confirmation of order receipt does not constitute acceptance of your order.



SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Atelier New York is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other uncontrollable events. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, as indicated by carrier tracking records.

SHIPPING CLAIMS

If your order requires a shipping claim (for example, if it is reported lost, misdelivered, or otherwise delayed), we will open a claim on your behalf with the carrier to investigate. 

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued while the claim is in progress, as packages are often recovered and redelivered or returned to us.

Once the carrier resolves the claim, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution. 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Any damage must be reported immediately within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos. 

We will file a claim with the carrier and follow up with a resolution once their review is complete.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging, tags, and security devices attached. Items returned with removed or tampered security tags will not be accepted.

 Atelier New York reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, odor, or any condition inconsistent with original shipment. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.



FINAL SALE POLICY

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes discounted merchandise, promotional markdowns, or items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

PRICING, PROMOTIONS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion, discount, or pricing structure at any time.

Promotions, discount codes, and sale pricing are valid only during the stated promotional period and may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases. We do not honor expired promotions, promotional codes, or pricing after a sale or promotional event has ended.

Atelier New York does not offer price adjustments, refunds, credits, or partial refunds for prior purchases. This policy applies to all items, including those later discounted, further marked down, or included in promotional pricing after the order date.

Discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Unauthorized or improperly applied discount codes may result in order cancellation at our sole discretion.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & REJECTED PACKAGES

For international orders, all local duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse delivery of your international order, you will be held liable for all return shipping charges, handling fees, and any unpaid import duties or taxes. These charges must be resolved before the package can be returned to Atelier New York. If the fees are not paid, the shipment will be considered abandoned by the carrier and will not be eligible for a refund.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on our site is complete, accurate, or current. This includes product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Atelier New York reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
